In the yoga and meditation classes our mission is to actively improve the wellness of employees and executives who are under a lot of stress, as they often are in the corporate sector. We will come to your workplace to teach simple, natural yoga techniques with lasting results. Using yoga-inspired relaxation techniques such as meditation, pranayama (breathing) & asana (poses) participants will cultivate self-awareness and develop tools that will restore the body to its natural vitality.

Health Coaches in collaboration with Yoga Dia provide on-site classes to corporations throughout the Greater Portland area. Our team of certified and experienced yoga instructors will work with you to create a program that makes sense for your business. We offer a variety of classes, and can tailor any class to meet your employees/businesses specific needs and schedules. Our classes are carefully designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level and skill.
