Making New Year’s Resolutions That Last

Every year we make resolutions to change our habits. Some resolutions we stick with and some fail after three weeks. We will discuss why we make resolutions every year and why we can’t accomplish them. This seminar will discuss the goal-setting process including actually writing them down; why your goals are important to you; and how you can be successful with your goals. Participants will also learn strategies for breaking bad habits and creating ones that last.
